We here at Prominence Advisors are dedicated to giving back to our community. Driven by our mission to create a healthier tomorrow, we’re committed to organizations locally and abroad that promote this cause. We’ve been involved with nonprofits like Alzheimer’s Association, UNICEF, Ronald McDonald House, and Habitat for Humanity, and continue to make community involvement a priority. More specifically, we’ve been involved with Tri 4 Schools for 8 years and have helped send over 1,400 students to events in 2022 alone.
For the last 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of being involved with Tri 4 Schools, an organization that aims to help children develop healthy lifestyles through community events. This year, we helped them raise over $36,000 in donations to support 174 schools. These donations will allow students to participate in Tri 4 School events, like a trail run, triathlon, or bike and run event. Each event gives students the opportunity to become healthy, happy, and confident as they set and work toward individual goals while developing physical and social skills. Tri 4 Schools also partners with schools to support things like mindfulness programs and new sports equipment.
Prominence Advisors has been a proud sponsor of the annual Tri 4 Schools Annual Golf Classic for the last 8 years. This year’s event was able to raise money to go toward events to help children live a more active and healthy lifestyle. The Annual Golf Classic is the largest fundraiser of the year and is able to provide funding for the various events and programs that Tri 4 School hosts for children throughout the year.
In addition to helping children be more active, Tri 4 Schools strives to create a generation of happy, healthy, and confident kids. This year, coaches began to integrate a “Word of the Week” into their lessons, increasing their vocabulary while building confidence in new experiences. These practice discussions helped students begin to train with integrity and encourage excitement about their education.
