We got to where we are with our success factors of hiring the best, staying ahead of the curve, continuous innovation, and reinvention.

As a fully remote company, we strive to encourage connection among our team members. We host monthly all-team meetings, at which we share important milestones, like work anniversaries, birthdays, major life events, and more! This allows our team to interact with their peers and recognize each other across the country.

In addition to these monthly all-team meetings, our team gathers for regular Prominence Club meetings. These casual, fun meetings give our team the chance to get together for fun team bonding activities like painting, gardening, and book clubs! Team members can opt-in to these fun meetings and share some laughs with their coworkers.

In addition to these gatherings, our team has access to a Good Work Award fund, which allows them to recognize their team members for going above and beyond. These gifts, funded by Prominence, give them the opportunity to gift their teammate with a gift certificate, activity, or gift to thank someone for their work!

Our team also gathers twice a year in-person at our Summits. Here, we come together to solve our toughest challenges, brainstorm the latest and greatest healthcare solutions, and bond as a team. These meetings aren’t all work; we make sure to organize some fun team activities, like hiking, mini golf, and team meals.
