Our Data Governance Awareness and Responsibilities expertise ensures the development of a structured organization that empowers your team to manage and protect data assets effectively. Ensures that current work efforts align with organizational priorities. Reviews and endorses priorities from DGC, realigns priorities as needed. Reviews and endorses resource requests from development teams. ​
Discusses new requests that are flagged as ready, assigns a priority to each request, discusses any resource constraints of development groups and escalates as needed with review of current priorities ​
Communicates with requestor/ steward for request, captures request goals, completes sizing, complexity and impact scoring​
Facilitates intake process, determines if existing reports fit the request goals. Ensures appropriate development team is assigned​
