Friday morning began with a sense of purpose as we convened for an all-team meeting. Together, we discussed the future of Prominence Advisors – our values, goals, and aspirations. During this meeting, we delved into the core values that drive our company forward and examined how they align with our long-term goals. The afternoon brought with it a once-in-a-lifetime Nashville experience as we visited Pennington Distillery. Surrounded by the rich history and tradition of Tennessee whiskey-making, we were treated to an exclusive tour and tasting, gaining a deeper appreciation for the craft and artistry behind this iconic spirit.

The highlight of the evening was a special performance by singer-songwriter Brice Long, whose soulful melodies and heartfelt lyrics captivated our hearts and minds.

We also handed out our first ever “Hot Potato Award,” dedicated to the team member who remains committed to “grabbing the hot potato” as a true team player. Congratulations to Josh for being the inaugural recipient!
